Simone Biles’s Husband’s Early Life
Jonathan Owens was born in 1995 in St. Louis, Missouri. He is the youngest son of Nathan and Arthurine Cannon and has an older sister, Chanel Bady, who is 11 years older than him, and a half-brother from his father’s side. Chanel Bady often appears on Jonathan Owens’ social media, but not much is known about her. Owens’ father played basketball in high school.
On August 17, 2017, just two weeks before Owens’ final college season, his father, Nathan Cannon, was found dead in an alley. The St. Louis Post Dispatch reported it as an armed robbery with no suspect or motive identified.
